Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time of our holistic healers exclusively for you. While we understand there may be some last minute contingencies that can keep you from making it on time, we humbly request you to reschedule or cancel at the earliest possible.
All cancellations have to be made at least 48 hours ahead of the appointment to avoid any cancellation charges. If you do not advise us of your non attendance, you will not be able to receive a refund.
If a client fails to give 48 hours’ advance notice for their cancellation, they will be entitled for a refund on the basis of the following terms.
The team at Dr. Bakshi’s Healthcare can either cancel or reschedule the appointment with mutual consent from the client. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made to the client.
Once client starts with the billing process at DBH clinic, any request for refund shall not be granted.
Any cancellation request should be submitted through a telephonic request at 011-4363 5555 at least 48 hours before appointment.
The stated amount for refund shall be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, subject to all terms and conditions.
Refund will be made through NEFT irrespective of mode of payment by client.
The above mentioned cancellation and refund processing time may vary under special circumstances (such as bank holidays, strikes, bank delays etc) and DBH cannot be held liable for the delay.
